Just weeks after cancer surgery, Abrielle celebrated being cancer free with her best friend at the grand opening of SusieCakes in Oklahoma City.

The grand opening of the OKC location happened shortly after my cancer surgery, and I remember being so thrilled to finally be cancer free. 


When I heard that SusieCakes was coming to Oklahoma City, I texted my best friend and told her we had to go and celebrate this next chapter. We took pictures in front of the backdrop and tried a bunch of different flavors of cake. 


It was such a joyful day after a very difficult season in my life. Being able to celebrate being cancer free, surrounded by people I love, made the experience even more meaningful. 


10 out of 10 experience, and I’ll remember it for the rest of my life.
