In all my years as a manager I've never encountered a business quite like Susie Cakes. The leadership team is driven to be successful, driven to recover from the COVID shutdown, driven to hire the best and nurture people to become successful team members and eventually leaders. As a Leader my experience with SusieCakes has been eye opening, the day to day operation keeps you busy but in a great way. Your successes are celebrated and your failures are coached. The leadership team gives you all the tools to be successful and provides consistent feedback on what adjustments need to be made to operate at peak performance. I truly enjoy working at SusieCakes, and I'm sure if you give it a try, you will as well.

First off, I enjoy coming to work at SusieCakes every day. Some days are very busy, and you have to be up to the challenge, but in general I feel supported by management and fellow team members to accomplish whatever I need to in any given day. Tools are in place daily to help you. I enjoy interactions with our guests and making days better for them by offering the outstanding service that SusieCakes is known for. I like my "work family" and look forward to seeing them each day. I have acquired many valuable skills while working at SusieCakes from learning how to manage people and trouble shoot problems to professionalism and attention to detail!
