    I purchased a slice of the Pumpkin Cheesecake as a dry run for Thanksgiving and WOW!!! It was so delicious, moist and just enough sweetness! We had it without whipping cream but I’m going to buy Susie’s Cake homemade fresh whipping cream to have with it. The cheesecake had just the right amount of spices and the texture was a nice cheesecake soft but alittle firmer than normal cheesecake. Just plain deliciousness!!!! Bye bye boring pumpkin pie hello Pumpkin Cheesecake!!!! ?
