Susie’s Blueberry Pancake cupcakes are BETTER than actual Blueberry Pancakes! Really! From the luxurious creamy, smooth Maple icing to the moist, flavorful cake loaded with real blueberries, I literally was transported to cupcake Nirvana with my first bite. Words really don’t do justice to the culinary experience of consuming this decadent heavenly cupcake. The only drawback of these little dessert gems is that they’re only available for a brief few weeks a year! Please consider making these a year-round part of Susie’s menu along with an actual Blueberry Pancake cake offering!
