    My daughter sent this to my wife and I and we were planning to bring the leftovers to a dinner party for everyone to try. However, once I tried it I told her not to bring it because this is the best cake I hav ever had and I didn't want to share... and she agreed. She is more of a carrot cake person than I am but this cake turned me into one.
