Please contact us here to make any changes to your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, however, if the product has already been prepared, shipped and/or delivered we may not be able to accommodate your request.
For local orders delivered or picked up from our bakeries our policy states to contact us 72 hours prior to the delivery or pickup date.
For national shipment orders, you must contact us 24 hours prior to the shipment date (for example, if you requested a Wednesday arrival of your cake we would be shipping it out on Tuesday and would therefore need to know about the cancellation by 5pm on Monday). If you would like to cancel please contact us with your order number, name, phone number so we can assist you. Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be eligible for a store credit.
