  • Point of Sale Systems - our point-of-sale systems collect information about your in-store transactions, which may include collecting information we need to send you a receipt or otherwise communicate with you about your order.   • Online orders – Our point-of-sale service provider also manages our online order page. Information you submit when ordering online is submitted directly to the service provider.
  • Branded App - The branded app found in the App Store and Google Play Store utilizes a function called Background location, which prompts a user to opt in or out of the app utilizing their location even when the app is not open. This is used is to support the app (powered by Paytronix) feature of geofence push/pull messaging t be able to serve local and relevant content.
  • Loyalty Program – Our loyalty program service provider assists with tracking program usage such as using rewards, accumulating rewards, signing up for the program etc. Information you submit when joining or accessing the loyalty program is submitted directly to the service provider.   • Promotions/Sweepstakes – We may use a third-party service provider to run our online or in-store promotions or sweepstakes which require data collection, winner selection and communications with participants.
  • Job Applications – Our third-party staffing service provider receives and coordinates job application information you submit. Information you submit when submitting a job application online is submitted directly to the service provider.
