  • Branded App - The branded app found in the App Store and Google Play Store utilizes a function called Background location, which prompts a user to opt in or out of the app utilizing their location even when the app is not open.   • Loyalty Program – Our loyalty program service provider assists with tracking program usage such as using rewards, accumulating rewards, signing up for the program etc. Information you submit when joining or accessing the loyalty program is submitted directly to the service provider.   • Promotions/Sweepstakes – We may use a third-party service provider to run our online or in-store promotions or sweepstakes which require data collection, winner selection and communications with participants.
  • Job Applications – Our third-party staffing service provider receives and coordinates job application information you submit. Information you submit when submitting a job application online is submitted directly to the service provider.   • You can decline location services on the branded app or opt out of location services by going to location services on your device, finding the app and adjusting the settings.

Currently our bakeries are only located in the United Stated. Currently our bakeries only deliver or ship items in the United States.

Our Website is hosted in the United States and is intended for United States visitors. If you visit from other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please be aware that you are transferring personal information to the United States. The United States does not have the same data protection laws as some other regions.
