Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner within five (5) business days of the drawing by direct message on Instagram. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days after the notice is sent, the Sponsor will not select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. No alternate potential winners will be contacted. Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, no alternate potential winner will be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Prize(s): One (1) winner will be awarded. If the winner is not local to a SusieCakes bakery and the item is not eligible to ship, the winner will be given a gift card for the value of $99 via a digital code to use in the future for a shipped cake. Shipped cakes can be sent to the continental United States. If winner is not local to a SusieCakes bakery and the item is not eligible to ship, the winner will be given a promotional code for the value of the product that they can use for national shipping. For example, if the value of the SusieCakes prices is $49, the winner will be given a digital code for $49 off a future order for a shipped cake. On six (6) of the days, another prize from a participating business will be awarded for the winner. SusieCakes prizes do not include any delivery fees. Item must be picked up from a local bakery. 2. HOW TO ENTER: Sign up for SusieCakes SMS text messages via signing up here or on the homepage of the com through the sign -up form. There is no need to sign up more than once because once in the SusieCakes SMS text program, you are eligible to win each month while you remain in the program. Failure to respond within the 5 days will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. Sponsor shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notice due to spam or other security settings. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner.
