I love a good peanut butter buttercream and Susie's nails it with theirs! Then to put it between two flour less peanut butter cookies makes the whole experience of eating it rich, yet light and fluffy. Have a big glass of milk this one! This was a memorable desert and I'll be back for more!

I am a fie hard bafgain shopper so spending $7.95 on a single cookie goes against everything for me. But OMG! So glad I did. And I will go all the way across town just to do it again. Soooo......good, yum, made my day!

This is the best cookie sandwich I’ve ever had! The filling is so creamy and the cookies are soft. Definitely recommend even if you’re not a big peanut butter fan - this has the perfect peanut butter flavor.

Not sure how anyone could give this cookie less than 5 stars, I do not care what the price is as this was possibly the best cookie sandwich I have ever had in my 49 years of life. The cookie was perfectly soft and delicious and the creme was the perfect amount of sweet without being overly sweet. I should have bought a dozen but this makes me excited to try the apple pie I bought for later. Thank you for making my day.
