    This cake could have been amazing but had about 3x as much sweetness as I find tolerable. I knew when my sugar obsessed child even said the frosting was too sweet that it must be pretty extreme because she has never uttered the words too and sweet in the same sentence. I’d love this cake if I could specify 30% sweetness option. The bummer is that if you just scrape off the frosting like I often do, you are also scraping off the coconut…so it defeats the purpose of the coconut. If susiecakes decides to provide sweetness level choices, I’m in!
