    Scratched my itch for Southern-style coconut cake like I had in South Carolina at Benne’s and much less expensive than flying there?? My husband’s been listening to me whine about coconut cake for weeks and surprised me with this beauty for my birthday. Rich, opulent, sweet, quality ingredients, moist, a perfect hint of pineapple that doesn’t overpower the coconuty main event. Had a toasted coconut cupcake at another local bakery and it was weak in comparison to this. My search for coconut cake perfection locally is over❤️??

    My mom LOVES coconut cake and this one did not disappoint. I got one for her last year and she raved about it all up until her next birthday.
